Do you have any idea as to how this was resolved to the FDA's satisfaction?

No idea. The FDA complaint seems to be simply a labeling issue and supposedly it was easily resolved, but the complaint definitely caused long term damage.

Similarity to the Slowtivate beverage and that company abandoned their product. Maybe it was too much trouble to fix.

Slowtivate hung out with Cheech & Chong. Where'd BW & crew get that idea from?:

Of course new labeling requires new batch of product, but I wouldn't be surprised if they gave up on the product and switch. This KU pump has been fully leeched. Zero samplings, no KU product promotions, no upkeep of the product's website...

The company has not yet announced a "new batch" but that should have already been done considering BBDA IR had stated a while ago that the problem was rectified.

Past failures Piranha water and Potencia, Koma Unwind is the 3rd pump. Rinse and repeat with the 4th pump Cheech and Chong which the company is strongly hinting.

Long shareholders are a dime a dozen... stealing candy from children.
Except the possibility of the newest product, that would be stealing money from potheads. Easier because at least children cry when their candy gets stolen; stoners have no idea what happened.
