Yes it did change today, and the secretary of state site in Wyoming is already reflecting that change.
the share structure on OTC markets hasn't been updated in over a year. Check the filings if you want to know the current issued and out as of the last filing. I think it was like 5.9 BILLION
it is always best to check the SOS site of incorporation when these scammers don't update the share structure box on otc markets. that is not done automatically, the CEO has to do it manually and when they don't care to announce their dilution to the world the choose not to update it. The latest Q filing will reflect as of the close of the last Q
