You are asking me for a source after stating Dans son owns more than him.
Or that he holds any amount of shares.
Whats your source? Insider holdings are not disclosed.

Dan says so? The same guy that thinks its ok to not report information as long as there are no regulators there to enforce the rules?

The one who has yet to address his shareholders about the constant delays and moving targets?

Ask Dan if the shares are coming from the company or insiders and see if he gives you a straight answer.

And please remember i am not in any way saying the things stated are happening. They could all happen and there is no recourse for anyone holding shares.

Holding srsr shares is historically a bad idea.
I am waiting on Dan the savior to change that. He has had almost a year and if anything its only getting worse.
