In my 50 years cannabis experience, i can say for sure that black market is usually money driven.

But you have lots of old timers...especially in BC...(ex-draft doggers led the way in a way)...mom and pops who have been growing bio for folks, and those are not money driven.

Owen Smith was offered a cool million to rent his name for derivatives and he refused. Some folks believe in freeing the weed.

Some growers are growing bio and selling cheap.

Try it...plant a female Indica cannabis seed in a 20 gallon pot with good bio mix , and put that plant in full sun for 8-10 weeks.

I just know that it is not a good idea to be an activist and sell herb on the side if you value your freedom and your wealth.
