ELTP QUESTION: For those of us who have “Sell” orders established, how would a buyout affect those orders? For example, if the buyout total amounted to $6.50 per share, and if at that time i have sell orders in for $4.90 and $8.60, would the buyout figure override the figures of my sell orders?

Also, would my account automatically adjust to the value of the buyout?

My one allowed post for the day--so, TIA.
