Management screwed us all. After they gave themselves those preferred control shares (for no reason) they looked at the common shares as a tool to do whatever they want. The way they act shows that they have no interest in benefiting shareholders. These guys obviously never took a business ethics class. From what I can tell, this is all of the members of the management teams first public company (although they have been here for a while). Looks like they have decided to ruin their reputations and make themselves penny stock scammers. That Eli Feder guy (the secret weapon) went from top 40 under 40 to penny stock scammer with a company with billions of shares worth a fraction of a penny and tons of toxic debt... Wow what a fall!!
