Hard to believe that TEVA's 180 day exclusivity on FocalinXR 5mg strength expired in May yet we're still waiting for FDA approval on it!!!

And now we're only 9 calendar days away from when TEVA's 180 day exclusivity runs out on FocalinXR 10mg strength!!!

Sooooooooooo over the next 10 days to 2 weeks we're going to be expecting 2 more FDA approvals on 2 more FocalinXR strengths to get handed down...AND we now move into 58 months apiece waiting for either Protonix and/or Glucophage ANDA approvals to get handed down!!!

To say there's a ton in the immediate pipeline that will change this stock for good is putting things mildly...but again we're stuck waiting for the FDA to start doing their part because all 4 of the above valuation catalysts is 100% out of IPCI's hands as they continue to wait for the FDA to approve right!!!
