a. Merger with who - partnership with who?
b. Traders perception of the merger partner

2. Quarterly's...
a. company worth
b. where they are headed.

3..MOMO... my favorite...
a. working together as a group to bring this up to a certain point; such as a very doable first goal point of 0.044-0.050

4. timing... after labor day when all traders are back - bigger volume

I'll edit to say there are a few other points as well, but these are the main ones for now.
