From the sound of it, you had first hand knowledge on who was converting.

None the less, the drop in price in NESV, it is obvious, is not only the work of converters, but some serious shorting of the stock as well! Wish to share any insight on that?

3mm shares in 3 days! It is impossible that converters would convert more than 5% of the total outstanding at a time as they would be restricted from selling in the open market. From the looks of it, cdl is the work of one convert, so tell me how many shares have traded which represents over 70% of the total outstanding in three days if it is not the work of shorters!

Makes me very suspicious of anyone talking negatively here!
