This isn't just a pump and dump. This is a straight up con. The preferred stock management have is ridiculous. Combine that with how they use that power to take on toxic debt and dilute on shareholders....

I can't wait to see the next filing. They have probably been using the toxic debt to pay their crazy big salaries.

Did some one here say the CEO makes $350,000 a year plus stock??? That's crazy!!! He is so bad. He couldn't even run a lemonade stand IMO...
