[BELIEVER]

Here is my personal checklist of things to watch for
on "pinkies" as well as BB stocks that "smack" of
a company that is only interested in making a buck off the stock.

(1) Fluff P/R's that never materialize.

(2) Constant dilution with no meaningful explanation.

(3) OTCBB stocks with a bunch of Form 144 filings for
insider sells.

(4) P/R's with outlandish/almost unbelievable projections/
numbers/ goals, etc.

(5) Excessive authorized shares for the levels of revenues
the company is generating.

The above are some of my favorites to stay away from.
