Transfer agent for HISC is Transfer Online in Portland, Or.
Phone: 503.227.2950 They will not give out the share information that you are looking for. Quite some time ago, I opened an account with them for the purpose of getting the share count of HISC & AMEP, for which they are also the agent. I figured that if I had an account, I could get the information. After opening my account, I sent an email inquiring the share count for HISC and AMEP. The reply was that they do not divulge that information. When I responded that it seemed 'shady' they called me. (what a surprise) They said that it is a common practice for a transfer agent to not give out the share count of the different companies for which they hold stock. They suggested I call the companies directly. Which I did not. I imagined that they would have told me the same thing I would see on Pink Sheets, which I believe to be pretty much bogus info.

I held onto this stock way too long. If I had sold for a tidy profit back when it was in the teens, I 'might' be tempted to purchase a small amount at this price and hope for a spike. There's just too much inactivity. There will never be a port contract, IMO. White Paper??? PFFFFT. Scotland Yard??? Another PFFFFT. Cyber Sniffers??? If they're so great, why can't they sell any? And, are they even making the C.T.??? What are they doing with them...stockpiling?? And, as far as this (C.T.) being such a great deal for ma & pa to safeguard their children...how many of you moms and pops have tried to buy one? The people that I've told about C.T.'s thought they sounded really cool until they heard the price. They're too spendy for the average individual.

And, while I'm at it, who knows what's going to be left of HISC after the merger? There's not really a lot to begin with. IMO, the only people that are going to get rich with HISC are Moody & friends. (and the folks that bought under a penny and sold in the teens)

GLTA I think you're gonna need it.
