If they weren't incorporated- it wouldn't be a LEAP engine. The specs would not be the same, as the nozzles can literally only be made through AM. (Something to do with their internal geometry- creates some sort of swirling effect of fuel that's supposed to be better, more efficient/consistent burn, or something like that.)
