Cyber, you don't need convertibles to dilute. Dilution can come from Kern/Coleman dumping common or from preferred converted into common and then dumped. How can u say they are not diluting? From May 21 - June 30 ( last known share structure ) 100's of million were dumped. Now, guaranteed that as of today, the share structure is not the same as June 30. This is total garbage, but you have the right to believe otherwise. GLTU.
