I stopped trading Pennies years ago . Made good money, but the BS that went along with it just got boring ,and took too much time .. I trade 5$ and up most of the time now Day/Swing/Scalp . I still follow on Ihub , some of the plays i get are from here . The only reason I gambled on this one is because I got word that this guy Mike Shea was going to be CEO .I heard good things and I did all my DD on him ,and like you said I have had contact with him ..No More then anyone else could have though.. There is absolutely no prior history of Mike being tied to any scam artist , until Harold and Lovito .. My Gamble was simple .. All Mike had to do was convince those two POS to build a real business . Every deal he brought to them was agreed upon and put in motion .
It's Mikes job to do that .. So meeting are held, PRs go out CCs are done , but when it comes time for the debt holders to pony up the Money to get what is needed to close a deal or build the infrastructure , they cash in on all the shareholders . Mike gets a story on how they don't think its a good deal now and crumbs on the dollar for the shares the debt holders convert .. just enough to keep the lights on and give him hope for the next deal that him and others try to put together .. Sooo Mike tried to get his own financing though private investors .. well we all know how that went ... One look at ihub and you would think Mike had Horns .. So its not hard to understand what made him tired of the whole deal here .. He puts in his resignation and the two POS have to find someone that will work with them ... BINGO !!

As I see it a good man has been slandered and now the real crooks are being given a pass just because they recruited one like themselves ?..
