People HAVE been buying, but if the diluting doesn't care about selling at lower prices when it could/should be sold at higher (on the ask), it actually decreases the buying. It puts profit in the company at the expense of the common shareholder. This hurts buyer confidence.

There are different ways of managing things; I can't imagine the sense of driving things any lower than they are now. We should be rolling on up. It makes for a "bigger" run I guess. Or am I off-side?
