Hmmm...sure looks like that was some insider trading yesterday, as we are now trading on the nasdaq TODAY. Why would anyone dump their shares the day prior to UPLISTING??? Only reason I can figure...is the S1 shares are not priced yet. Does that happen today or not? Anyone have any idea?
