- how the hell does somebody start a dispensary and not get arrested though, is there some secret or are the police scared of getting sued. I search cannabis canada on google news every day, no one is being arrested, only thing in Quebec happened all year was some gummie bears these teenagers were munching on in Montreal - no illegal grow ops are being raided, the only news involving police and cannabis involves what they are NOT doing!
Am I going to look back one day and feel stupid that I didn't open up shop earlier? Is there a lawyer all the dispensaries use? How does this go down, send me a private message if you want, but I gotta understand this thing
I know for damn sure I want a local dispensary! For real, the government has got to do something to save Tweed long term, and I am not worried about it, but these dispensaries opening up and staying open - it is the right thing, the police are not doing anything because they are scared!!!!
And they know they are fighting a losing battle - every enemy they capture is a CITIZEN!! They become martyrs immediately, they cost the government time and money and it does nothing to stop the flow, last major dealer they took down was Owen Smith - the guy is a f#$%ing ROCK STAR in Canada now!!!
The only thing I can think of - cannabis has been called medicine by be the supreme court, the laws regarding the production and distribution of cannabis medicine is all new and a lot hasn't been challenged in court yet - police are afraid of getting sued for hurting patients, they don't want to go to court to forced to supply prisoners with cannabis because it is their RIGHT!!!
They come into my house, find something that bothers them enough to put the hand cuffs on my wife - then they better take her medicine too - so if any of these guys get busted the news is a guy in jail puffing on buds? lol, is that all it is, because I know that would be about the end of the drug wars - right? when a guy in jail for selling buds needs buds and has the Charter right to SMOKE buds and to make brownies with them - how the hell they do that in jail? Would they give them an easy bake oven?
