Because Porter says so in HIS filings. But people are free to show any CPA letter in the filings that they can find that would show Porter is once again lying about that too.

Additionally, now Porter has said the second QTR financials will again be unaudited and therefore the same messy and conflicting BS that they have been.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
