exploiting the fact their Accounting firm had to resign due to removing themselves from all sec related companies; which was verified by many people who found other companies that the accounting firm resigned from at the same time; will not help your case.

audited financials came out last year, they will again . PCAOB compliant firm handling the Audited financials.
