I did feel and do feel that it is very wrong that they are so non transparent with shareholders.. The customer service call impressed me and I believe they are not failing but still are completely messed up not telling shareholders anything. I still dont believe that is right for a public company. i dont like management keeping us in the dark but I do believe they are actually doing well.
