Insiders, affiliates, lenders, etc. have anti-dilution clauses with these pinkshhet companies. Whenever the company dilutes the commons, the interested parties, with their anti-dilution clauses, never lose money because their share holdings are adjusted upward to the number required for the dilution of the common shares not to affect their priority interest.
