Dr. Bill; I understand your skepticism. However, you're insights are superficial and you seem ignorant of the relationships within this unfolding soap opera, especially between Dial & Lyamec. Instead of simply bashing the obvious, dig a bit deeper into the story and provide reasoning with your posts.
Who and what is Lyamec. How did Dial meet Lyamec. How does each side's agenda differ? Make a few phone calls and see what you come up with.
Do some research and your posts will be worth reading. And the only reason I say this is because you seem to have the ability and time to get to the real story. I'm trying to do the same, as much as it is possible.
The story here isn't that GFCI is simply a fraud; end of story. Lyamec is a large organization with a lot of tenacles. Global Oil is a real company with a great rep.
