Questions are...will they need more $ before end of year? Buyers of stock under this arrangement are likely not too happy at this juncture, to say the least. Opens up possibility of additional suits, etc. I would think. Hope I am wrong. (and based on this..."can they get their money back?"...or is issuing investment company liable for this?)
