I talked to Ron in last 30 minutes as well to get more info. He did verify the 360M number.

I asked him where the extra 60M number came from? He told me for specific information I needed to talk to Larry. I said I would but he has been out of pocket for last few days. On that note I have tried to call Larry multiple times over the last few days and his voicemail kicks on immediately. That is unusual from my experience of calling him except when he has been completely out of the country as he was one time prior. The previous time this has happened was when he was in Europe. One time I caught him after trying unsuccessfully 5 minutes prior when I had gotten the immediate voicemail greeting. He was just arriving back from Europe. That was time I was buying when the price was at $.004 and he could not believe it was that low. Strangely enough within minutes the volume picked up after we got off the phone and that was the start of the last nice price climb over $.05.

Back to Ron and the TA agency. I asked him if that extra 60M shares were given to any individual, or any single entity. He told me it looked like there were 4 different ~15M blocks given out to four different companies. He said beyond that I would need to talk to Larry as they are only Transfer Agents and do not care who or what shares are for. They are the Depository and handler.

On one hand I am not too happy about this extra dilution of overall share count. I did notice the PR recently said they would go the routes of JV's to "minimize" any extra dilution. They do appear to be working on 4 different projects that have been indicated to be near closing from PR's and various discussions that several of us have had with Larry. Maybe hopeful thinking on my part, but hopefully these blocks of shares are parts of the final pieces that finalize the various projects we have been waiting on? I will continue to call Larry until I can get ahold of him live. Previously he has been very accessible so my current assumption is that he is in Europe doing what the PR suggested. His Voicemail box will fill up if he does not call me back in a few days. lol. Right now I would love nothing more than for him to return and for some final announcements to finally and officially be announced. Been digging into that China opportunity and it has me excited. Still holding and hoping for the best.
