100% debt financing for a boring company with zero synergies... No gain for shareholders from this deal. Maybe once they pay off the debt in 5 years it will b good. What multiple to public carpet companies trade for?? Probably not very high... It just seems stupid to me.

I'm still holding. I will try to get out if we get back around 3
