alydyr: What did Pharmatech pay Shasta for "Genstrip"?

Do not state words of intent.......state what the DECN accounting documents indicate. Things happen in business that change intentions. For instance, Shasta sold genstrip to Pharmatech, but, during that process, the product probably had less value because of Shasta's manufacturing violations....and you know that.
But this mess, created by Shasta, was a real thorn in DECN's side. It cost DECN a lot of money to get it all straightened out.

So, Pharmatech tried to get the final price reduced....because of Shasta's incompetence. The courts did not agree.....for now.

Accounting indicates that Pharmatech paid Shasta far less that 2 million. Ksviking is right-on........great news for DECN.

What I do know is that you are stating "words of intent" as something that actually happened. That is not how accounting works.
