No... Blackburn's and pals "defense" is completely ridiculous. A comment that the SEC lawyer is being "mean" for accusing a known fraudster, with a history of fraud, a fraudster, is not much of a defense. Nor is it a defense to blame the victims of the fraud for the fraudsters being charged with fraud... They clearly do not understand how the SEC conducts a securities fraud investigation.
I believe that Blackburn and his cronies have made a serious error in making the accusations they have against the SEC and blaming the SEC for the fraud charges when it is very clear that fraud has occurred in many ways. Apparently they have no other defense and are making a real leap with this one.
