Imo the stock is a total mess right now and imo talk about it being oversold, patents, this article, that article, etc. don't mean squat at the moment.
Imo if and only if Phase Two gets underway and proves to be successful is the stock going to go up appreciably unless of course there is some kind of unexpected jv announced-that would change things dramatically.
