Yea, Funny Thing About That

Gen Hemp did in fact claim they were indemnifying MJNA against the cost of the Kannaway trademark suit but the Q1/15 report lists over a million in legal and professional expenses. Over 75% of those were indicated to be coming from Kannaway. Beside the trademark suit I'm unaware of any significant legal issues Kannaway was facing and certainly none to account for $767K in fees.

Not like I'm accusing Gen Hemp of dishonesty, heaven forfend. I just don't see how the numbers line up.
