My question is still why PN and Sylvan would still be buying if they know an RS or other negative events would be in the works. You can say they are just buying with part of their salary but IMO they could not be forced to buy ERHC stock and could use that money elsewhere. They are probably among the largest shareholders at this point so negative events would affect their investment too.
