have been just three Customer Complaints, ALL of which have been
resolved. Three Complaints from among thousands of Sales Transactions.

The "reason," therefore, for the supposed "F" Rating by the BBB is
because BRAV is not a Member of the BBB, and the BBB uses its largely-
unjustified and un-merited Holier-Than-Thou public image and reputation
as a cudgel and sledgehammer to publicly-shame and coerce non-Members
into signing-up.

It's all a big, fat, phony, fraudulent game on the part of the BBB
that's foisted upon the imperceptive, low-information, complacent,
entitlement-addicted, self-centered, "me-me-me" public.

Truth is, BRAV, this year, is heavy into a BIG turn-around, and
almost everybody is quite pleased with the Service and the Products.
