Fear takes hold of Wall Street
Stocks were lower in the first moments of trade. Wholesale prices did little to ease rate-hike fears and good corporate earnings unfazed jittery investors. The Dow fell 15 points. The Nasdaq drooped 4 points lower and the S&P was 2 points weaker.
Wall Street will once again be riveted to Fed Chairman Bernanake who is slated to speak on consumer issues in D.C. at 11 am.
I hate to say this but: George, PLEASE bring Alan back!!
