While thinking that you can take for granted and trust any information from the NASD or any official source, government included, you still have some learning to do. And having actually have had a series 7 license and worked in the business I can say with certainty yes, the NASDAQ stock exchange is a complete scam. A normal person takes for granted and has expectations that they live in a moral world ruled by moral people. Ask around and see for yourself, just how many people are absolutely clueless about, the fact that Bernie Madoff created the system that became the NASDAQ stock exchange.
