Such a short time to force them to settle, and three companies who felt to fight it .....And hired lawyers .... lol




Look .... Contingency ..... Means knowing the outcome for sure ..... Knowing the effort will bring success


Look .... They were forced to settle very fast, and firm ..... One infringer jumped off at the get go .... lol


These are two powerful variables to count on ...... Patents have depth to them .... No good lawyer will expand time and effort on poor result .... And he is counting to bring 70 infringers to court .... The lawyer named them ....

They will call on more infringers .... Why not .... There are 66 more floating to be picked on .... lol
