Could be good news long-term. Could be merger, private placement, employee stock plan or any number of positive things. They already stated they would do no more toxic financing and besides since they own 2/3 of outstanding shares they would be the ones hurt the most be any unneccesary dilution! Just good business sense to give themselves some breathing room regarding autherized shares. IMHO
