Thats is good to know. I would not want them to get in trouble over this, but also keep things on the up and up. Kim is a small business lawyer as is his wife, so i would hope that they would know what they can and can't legally do.

I believe the revelation of the Taiwan factory is good news, but the reasoning about why it was kept a secret is what concerns me. If my theory is correct and the Taiwanese officials do end up closing that loophole, then it could create an issue with moving their silkworms to Vietnam when the factory there is set up.
