There's a problem with the merchant's PayPal account. Please try again later

I have been taking PayPal for years with eBay and my small business. Never have I had that happen. It happens when people order a product and the customer never receives, so PayPal issues a refund. PayPal will suspend the business account until the business explains and pays back PayPal.

It also will happen if the Bank account linked to the PayPal account gets a "freeze" on it. Overdrafts and zero balance will cause this.

Bebevco has this issue often. Half the times I check the companies PayPal account, it's shutdown. What a loser company. They can not even maintain a basic PayPal account. My grandmother even maintains one on ebay. Brian Weber is a fat loser! Hopefully, jail is near!
