Think you nailed it. I also checked unchanged per TA. Very obvious VFIN is being used by someone to scare shares out from people. ALL you have to do is call the T/A after closing and see. Unchanged, which means swine else is using VFIN. Most likely a retail buyer looking for more shares at these levels.
