In fact it's what is the right thing to do. Shareholders are holding hundreds of millions of shares, individually, this is an 'all in' situation which leaves the company tied down, hence no increase in authorized shares.

If they play this right, shareholders should not see any significant decrease in value outside of initial sell offs from disgruntled misunderstanding shareholders.

As a matter of fact, this is what many shareholder could consider forward movement. IF company see's their business plan through, and continues gaining professional busniess partners moving forward.

This is not the normal increase in A/S then a PR dump, as at this point (the point where 1000:1 is recognised)we should begin to see filings and company news.
