I wouldn't call recent filings BS. The 13g yesterday was probably the best news we have gotten in months. A guy from CA/NV area suddenly putting $50K+ of his own cash into BMIX by buying in the open market tells me that the end MUST be near. I would be surprised if Mr. Goldy did not meet up with the CEO personally, being in the geographical vicinity, and did not get some non-formal verbal information before committing to BMIX. He certainly had the information you and I don't before buying, and that information must have been good.
