The complication is perhaps due to the goal of the share return.
Use the clues that we know, think outside the box, and try to understand the bigger plan of Management.
Management is trying to bring value to shares to increase value to company.
How many ways can they accomplish this?
Yes they could do an outright buyback. IMHO not the best way to use capital...
So lets use our collective brain power to think out options.......
A simple revision of shares to take any not sold and return them......
Could it have something to do with A shares having greater value vs normal shares?
A private placement?
