I just don't understand how these don't get prosecuted.
I think this is about to change, daleb2130. I have been able to confirm that Telecorp/TLNUF is in the beginning phases of an investigation by a law firm. The firm is attempting to collect as much data as possible to conclude that seeking a class-action is viable. However, this would only be for civil purposes. Criminal chargers may follow depending on what the firm finds. And if any criminal conduct is found, the actual complaint will be filed by the law firm itself which would tremendously push the proceedings going forward very quickly.
