Mutual fund - BRAIX AIMing

I have been watching this mutual fund for a while, this seems to have real roller coaster price movements with strong long term track record.

This is a newer mutual fund that follows the same principle as
the older closed mutual fund BRAGX

Do we have a discussion board for discussing mutual funds or it belongs here.
