cstAMDL is a new entity. If anything, it is a re-invention of AMDL Australia. It certainly is not a re-invention of the US corporation named AMDL Diagnostics and it's not a re-invention of Radient because Radient does not exist.

Charter and Brown are calling themselves the co-inventors of DR-70, among other "creative" claims. How much of that is true? Doesn't matter because Charter and Brown are the Officers of Radient, and Radient is the only entity that could legally object.

Looks to me like Charter and Brown accepted the jobs at Radient so they could ensure that Radient Pharmaceuticals Inc. stays dead.
