If this has the potential of being a real profitable company why would you not want to get as much as you can? What advantage is there to selling out under 50 cents per share instead of waiting and selling when it is over a dollar per share? For the sake of argument what if there is no buyout. How high can the stock price go? Can the current owners be forced into a buyout? If there is a buyout are we forced to sell out or would there be like a stock swap with the new company's stock? Sorry for asking so many questions but I am new to this.
