I think this company should be investigated. The reason is simple Allocation of public funds in a private business. How? Simple they had two business in the same address 1st active private + 2nd inactive public The public one collect revenues from dilution and pays the bills. The private one just profits.
If there is no company words to say that this is incorrect and makes no sense
We small investors believe in the most logical scheme of having a private and public business at the same address.
Well if is proved that a private business benefit from a public business than we talking about serious legal case.
