I know as much as you do. I am not in Jim's shoes so I don't know for certain what he has planned. But I have spoken with him a few times and know he is VERY committed to seeing this through, and I know he will do everything possible to minimize dilution. He also seems very creative to me. So any sort of prediction as to dilution is just that ... pure, utter speculation at this point.
