I will say that when I saw the A/S error around 4pm my stomach sank for a second. First I thought wtf! Then I read some filings, did some math and realized this had to be an error. Thing is, the only reason an A/S would get raised like this is if they needed to have a massive reserve in place for money they got via funding, notes etc. We have all seen companies in this market take on debt and watch an A/S quadruple in the process, but these companies took literally millions in toxic $. FBEC hasn't... Now, all that aside and info is great for some deductive reasoning, but the easiest way to figure this out if you aren't good at math is to see there wasn't an 8k telling the public it was happening. So if this ever happens to another stock you're in just make a mental note of this post. Cheers & good luck.
