Given the company states in their recent 10q there are 487million shares O/S and supposedly 233 million belong to oshea although an 8k was filed a week later stating tbe auditor wouldnt sign off on the 10q lol) face it the company is diluting hence the huge volume and no price change. Furthermore the company is only authorized 100 million shares by the SEC. This company is pretty freakin far from being SEC compliant.
